Thank you so. much to everyone who has donated so far! But in case you forgot the famous camp adage that “Early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable,” you can still give! We’ve extended the Week of Giving through Sunday the 4th!
Our goal is to raise $60,000 during this week. This year we are introducing a fun competitive aspect to our Week of Giving: it will be era vs. era in a battle for the ultimate bragging rights. When you make your donation, you will be prompted to enter a comment. In that comment box, simply put which era of camp you would like your donation to benefit. We will keep you posted as to which generation of camp is ahead throughout the week.
What’s your Era?
The answer is simple: it’s whichever generation you most identify with. If you were a camper in the 80s, but you were on staff in the 90s, and eventually became a camper parent in the 2010s, you may chose whichever era you’d like! We will be dividing generations as follows: 1970s and before, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s. Make sure you tell us your era in the “comments” section of your donation. Good luck, and may the most generous generation win!
Ligonier Camp & Conference Center is a non-for-profit organization, and donor gifts provide funds that allow the camp to continue to serve campers, families, and retreat groups. Donations also provide for new programs, necessary facility updates, and scholarships that are so desperately needed by many families during difficult times. Last year, through the generosity of over 120 individuals, over $100,000 was raised in one week alone. Please mark you calendars for this week and prayerfully consider giving during that time!
