Staff Training

All of our staff at Ligonier Camp & Conference Center are expected to attend and participate in staff training at the beginning of each summer. Staff members are paid for training and will receive all necessary certifications required to carry out their responsibilities throughout the summer. Training dates specific to various positions are listed below. Should you anticipate a potential conflict with the training dates for your position, please discuss this with us during your interview. We don't expect you to come to camp knowing everything. We do up to 2.5 weeks of training with our staff based on their position. We're looking for people who are teachable, energetic, and servant-minded. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach!
