Maintenance Staff

With over 500 acres of property to maintain, you can imagine that it takes quite a bit of work to keep camp running smoothly and looking beautiful. We need energetic, skilled, and reliable staff to help us do everything from taking out the trash, to mowing the grass, to making basic repairs to buildings and equipment. If you are service-minded, handy, and excited about serving in a community that is keen to build God’s Kingdom, you might be the right fit for our Maintenance team!

Maintenance staff is part of our college staff community. They are expected to be engaged in our programming through eating meals with campers and serving alongside the counselors. Maintenance staffers work for nine weeks in the summer: two weeks of training, followed by seven weeks of summer camp. The starting pay for Maintenance staff is $285 a week, with room and board included.

Kitchen Staff

Any given day at camp involves feeding over 300 people, and we need a team of people to make that happen. Kitchen staff members are essential to a great time at camp, because we know that a hungry camper isn’t a happy camper! If you have food service experience, love cooking and baking, or just want to learn more about how to serve others, working on our Kitchen Staff is an incredible way to grow. With increasing needs to care for campers with food allergies or dietary needs, our Kitchen Staff is a key component in keeping campers safe and satisfied.
