Hebrews 12:1 - 2 has been the summer staff's theme scripture since the mid 90s. God, in His wonderful Word, likens our lives to those running a race, battling through the hardships that hinder and entangle, and providing the secret to making it to the finish line; “fixing our eyes on Jesus.”
For generations the ministry of LCCC has been about the business of encouraging campers to live lives with their Eyes Fixed on the only one who can bring fullness to life.    

I am excited to share that Ligonier Camp and Conference Center’s “Eyes Fixed” Capital Campaign has officially launched and our goal is to raise $1.5 million!

We live in a world that desperately needs the next generation to be equipped to boldly proclaim Christ’s reign over every sector of life. God has been abundantly faithful over the past 20 years and this campaign will help us to become one of the great camps of the Northeast.

As you are aware, everything we do is so that the gospel may go out in power. By keeping our “eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith,” we believe the Lord will enable us to reach the camp’s full potential by developing faithful followers of Christ, encouraging love for one another, and instilling a lifelong pursuit of God’s calling.

How will we accomplish this?
First, by ensuring our year-round staff have the care and resources they need to fully invest in what the Lord has called them to. This includes home repairs and upgrades, as well as equipment that enhances quality and productivity.

Second, we will make significant improvements to key areas of our facilities including: cabin renovations, pond rehabilitation, bathroom upgrades, barn repairs, and several program-area enhancements. These improvements will increase satisfaction for campers and guests, encourage growth, and allow us to expand opportunities for our programs.

Finally, this campaign will allow us to grow our endowment so that this ministry is cared for and sustained well into the future.
