Complete your forms

Please complete all online forms and upload proof of physical through your Campwise account at least two weeks prior to your campers session.

Make Cabin Mate Requests

From the Dashboard of your Campwise account you will select "Optional Items" then “Manage Cabin Mates”.

Add Money to your CAmp Store account

The average store account spending at The HUB, our camp store, is approximately $50 for Classic Camp and Next Level campers and $30 for Little Ligs campers. However, the amount of spending money you add to your camper's account is completely up to you and your family.

Any remaining store balance above the refundable minimum at the end of the session will be refunded, unless you choose to donate the balance to the Ligonier Camp Scholarship Fund.

The HUB offers a variety of camp gear, apparel, souvenirs, and snacks including hoodies, t-shirts, hats, color team gear, wristlet keychains, socks, bandanas, camp animals, stickers, mugs, nalgene bottles, tumblers, bracelets, carabiners, notebooks, pens, assorted candy, chips, pretzels, ice cream treats.

Sign up for Photos and Emails

You can sign up for a Bunk1 account to view photos and send your camper emails while they are at camp. Information will be available when you check in on incoming day. Campers will not have access to phones or electronics while at camp so have them ready to send you good old-fashioned letters!

Required Health forms

1. ONLINE MEDICAL INFORMATION FORM

During the registration process, you will complete a Camper Medical Information Form. Our healthcare professionals at camp will have access to this information if your child needs medical attention while attending camp.

2. PROOF OF PHYSICAL

We require proof of a recent physical within one year of your campers session start date. You can upload the physical paperwork from your doctor's office OR take a printed copy of the Health History & Examination Form to your doctor to be completed and signed (click here to download.) These forms can be uploaded online through your Campwise account or emailed to jcicconi@ligoniercamp.org

To upload your form, go to the Dashboard of your Campwise account and select Forms and then Upload Forms. From the dropdown menu, choose Health History and Examination Form, then upload your completed form.

Next Level / Classic Camp 4: Whitewater rafting

If your camper is attending Next Level, he or she is participating in whitewater rafting on the Youghiogheny River in Ohiopyle, PA. Whitewater rafting is also available during Classic Camp 4 for campers 12 and older for an additional $90. This requires the completion of the rafting guide company’s waiver.

2027 waiver will be linked here when available.
