Lives of individual campers, entire families, and members of our staff have all been changed here at camp. As part of this special Ligonier Camp Staff community, you will be challenged mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our commitment is to invest in our staff, equipping them not just for a summer of ministry at camp, but for a lifetime of Christ-centered ministry in the workplace, neighborhood, church, and home.

Most years, Ligonier Camp hires over 100 people to come share in a summer of ministry. College students dedicate themselves to serving families, youth groups, and individual campers as mentors, outdoor adventure facilitators, and disciple-makers. At the same time, they acquire and refine valuable skills and experience in leadership, decision making, instruction, and problem solving. Likewise, high school students who love camp and are not afraid of hard work serve behind the scenes as Counselors-in-Training, or “CITs.” CITs keep camp moving while getting their first taste of ministry.
